Jandris Block is a New England business that manufactures a complete line of concrete masonry products. Four generations of experience have positioned us as the New England leader in concrete masonry product manufacturing.
We operate a 25-acre facility in Central Massachusetts featuring a 17,000 sq ft grinding plant, 7 acres of covered product storage, and 2 concrete block manufacturing plants. Our service area covers a 500-mile radius — most of New England, the New York Tri-State Area, and parts of Pennsylvania. 70% of our aggregates are drawn within 10 miles of the plant.

Split face, ground face, polished, weathered polished, smooth face, and fluted — exposing the beauty of local aggregates in dozens of colors.

Danvers, MA — Architectural CMU
Education

In 2016, we were the first CMU manufacturer on the East Coast to have LEED v4 compliant, 3rd party verified EPDs for each one of our individual mix designs — that’s almost 400 EPDs.
Our CarbonX technology reduces cement content and increases CO₂ sequestration, lowering embodied carbon by up to 50%. Our rooftop solar array offsets energy used in manufacturing. And our facility implements strategies to reduce oil, water, and energy consumption — from closed-loop water systems to low-temperature hydration kilns.
70% of our aggregates are drawn within 10 miles of the plant. Manufacturing produces no toxic byproducts, pollutants, or hazardous waste.
